I really like Dr Armour and all her staff. My only complaint is that the appointment takes a long time with downtime waiting around to have an exam. My appointment was at 1:40 and I didn’t get out of there until 3 o’clock so if they could figure out how to eliminate most of the unnecessary wait time I would give her five stars. thank you
Very brief visit. Not warm and fuzzy, but it felt highly competent. It's hard to know at this point. A wiser person would wait and evaluate later. I may need hearing dr next as I couldnt hear anything her staff said, whether they were masked or unmasked.
I felt Dr. Cook was very thorough. I was pleased with his honest responses to the examination. Also checking in was a breeze as the staff us very helpful. The aide was wonderful performing my tests and very helpful .
Every doc I’ve seen here is top-notch. I most recently saw Dr Michael Page and he was excellent— intently listened to my trials with recurring styes and gave me a specific treatment plan with great explanations. I also appreciated his warm friendliness!
The staff is both professional and friendly. Dr Armour is wonderful. She is a caring professional and really knows how to communicate well with her patients.
