First time there. They are professional and friendly staff. Rinnisha (I think I spelled her name incorrectly) was awesome. Dr. Eric Staffier was amazing. He was professional, personable and thorough. Great place!!!

Very disappointing experience with the eyeglasses store inside the eye doctor’s office. The service was unpleasant and unwelcoming, and the staff did not come across as kind or helpful. What bothered me most was that they didn’t even have the courtesy to clean the glasses while we were being helped. Instead, we were told we could purchase a $5 cleaning spray and clean them ourselves. For an eyeglasses store, especially one located inside an eye doctor’s office, I would expect basic cleaning and courteous service to be part of the experience. Overall, the interaction left us feeling uncomfortable and poorly treated. Customer service and basic courtesy could definitely be improved.

Once you get past the very dry and emotionless check in experience, the doctor and assistant are wonderful. I was excited to pick out glasses and had a great time with the optical staff. We were all laughing, joking, and overall I’m more than satisfied. I wish they had a better selection of glasses but I was able to find a pair regardless 🤷🏼‍♀️ I’d give 5 stars if the front desk would’ve smiled a little or showed they enjoyed their job even just a tiny bit.

Went to get frames for my glasses and I will never return again due to teresa being extremely rude and ignorant! By far the worst experience I have ever had while trying to pick new frames out for my glasses! Teresa is thee worst customer service person I have ever dealt with and I will not be back . I prefer to bring my money elsewhere! I would give 0 stars if I could due to teresa attitude!

Justine in the eye health vision center in taunton, ma. was incredibly knowledgeable, courteous, and nice . I highly recommend anyone looking for glasses to go and see her, she is the best !!!!!!..
