Staff was exceptionally professional and kind. Setting up the appt was very easy, and I was seen a few minutes early. They had all modern equipment and the exam was very quick. Would definitely recommend and go back again.

What a wonderful, kind, friendly place! Everyone was very nice and we had a few laughs also!. I felt very comfortable and confident with Dr. Adams. She was happy to explain things and listen to any questions I had. Can't wait for my glasses to come in!! I highly, highly recommend Lenscrafter on Main Street in Taunton, MA. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Great experience. Dr Adams was personable and patient. She made sure I knew everything that was going on and walked me through the entire process.

Dr Amie Adams in Taunton is the most unprofessional optometrist!!! She is a disgrace to eye care. I had an eye exam and contact lenses fitting with her. It took almost 3 weeks for trials—which I had to track down. They had been there for weeks. When I told her I couldn’t see with them on follow up, she gave me an attitude and was annoyed. I asked her why. I’m sorry I can’t see—-seriously! She wrote out my OLD prescription and walked out. I wasted my time and PAID for this service. I also had a dilation scheduled. Another wasted visit. LensCrafters didn’t have the courtesy to call to reschedule to let me know the dilation equipment wasn’t working. What is happening here? By the way, DO NOT make an appointment on Saturday unless you want to schedule two appointments—one for eye exam and one for dilation. I’ve never experienced this craziness. Very unprofessional—I’m so sorry I couldn’t see with the lenses. My eyes should have known better. Now I’m basically right where I was a month ago. No lenses. She is messing with my vision because of her incompetency. Dr. Adam’s. After having to change my health insurance, because of you. I was able to get a real eye appointment WITH dilation that you could never seem to get done. Follow-up at a real optometrist not an incompetent chain company: NO astigmatism lenses needed! Cataracts in both eyes which was never disclosed. You were 100% incorrect with my eyes. I would highly recommend going somewhere else for competent eye care. A doctor who cares about the care of your eyes would never treat a patient with such a horrible experience and to have it validated. LensCrafters customer support could not understand why I had the response I had. I’m a respectful customer who was totally challenged with an incompetent doctor who doesn’t know how to communicate.

Associates were all great. Got there a few minutes early found my glass frames had everything written up and in the system. Once my visit with the doctor was over. I was out of there within 10 minutes. Great service.
