Do not purchase here!!!! Way cheaper and faster at Eyeglassworld. I ordered eyeglasses on 6/3/26 for a total of $944. Said they'd be ready in 3 weeks. I called them on 6/29/26 to have them keep me on hold, saying they'd call me back, etc. Never just giving me an answer but everytime I call they tell me ...will call me back in a couple of minutes. Never happens so the process begins again. Finally I get a call from and Illinois number and she tells they are sorry they ordered the wrong size but it'll be in Next week. I asked for my money back. She said she doesn't have authorization for refunds. (However, she had authorization to take my $944.00 but it's not allowed to give it back.) She said her boss will give me a call personally in order to return my money. Apparently, only her boss has the power and the authority to do a return. (4:30pm) I have to wait for her call now...... (In the meantime I priced out my frames and prescription at Eyeglassworld, total came to $650 !!!! Wow did i get ripped off at Snead.) 4:45 pm still waiting. Im sure she'll wait till 5pm and blow me off. YUP! They blew me off! Waited to 5, no call at all.

Adam had a very good bedside manner. He took the time to explain the results of each test. I am very happy with Snead.

I arrived to my appointment on time and I was told that it was going to be a long wait because there was someone before me. Front desk clerk did not apologize. No good morning or anything, definitely a person that has no concept of customer service. Now I know why this place is empty. I made appointment here because of the distance convenience, and I have no time to go somewhere else due to a trip, otherwise I would just walk away. I have another appointment today and I have to reschedule or cancel it because I will be late. Last time in this place.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Allison Coll at Snead Eye Group during my eye exam on April 9. She was friendly, attentive, and incredibly thorough throughout the entire visit. Dr. Coll took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all of my questions were answered. I felt completely at ease under her care, and I truly appreciated her kind and professional manner. The staff at Snead Eye Group was also welcoming and efficient, which made the entire appointment smooth from start to finish. I’m grateful for the excellent care and would happily recommend Dr. Coll to anyone looking for an optometrist who’s both knowledgeable and compassionate.

Your staff need to learn to stop at stop signs before they end up t-boning others especially with children in the car. Stop signs are not suggestions. Shame on your staff who should know 100% better.
