He took the time to explain every detail of my eye health and made sure I walked out with a clear understanding of everything we discussed. It’s rare to find a doctor who balances top-tier expertise with such great communication. A special shout-out to his assistant, Marilyn, who is absolutely wonderful. She is a huge help, always professional, and ready to answer any questions or concerns with a smile. She truly makes the visit seamless. The practice itself is impressive—very clean, courteous, and equipped with state-of-the-art technology. Dra.Loh is an outstanding ophthalmologist. She performed my husband’s surgery with great professionalism, care, and expertise. I would not recommend Dr. Gomez. Three days after my appointment, I realized that information I had been given was false. Discovering that after I had already left the office completely destroyed my trust. I called the office and asked to speak directly with Dr. Gomez to discuss my concerns, but I was not allowed to speak with her. That only added to my frustration and left me feeling that my concerns were not being taken seriously. When it comes to my eyesight, I expect honesty, accuracy, transparency, and accountability. My experience left me feeling misled, and I cannot recommend this practice. #DoWhatIsRightNotWhatIsEasy #OneHumanTribe

The cataract and glaucoma surgery went very smoothly because Jennifer Loh and her team did exactly what the doctor ordered. Not only were they professional but they were also warm and compassionate with excellent “bedside manner”. I am truly so happy that I was referred to Loh Ophthalmology Associates.

Loh Ophthalmology office was recommended for my young adult son. We were very happy with the care he received. Have seen 2 different doctors both were great. Doctors were very patient and addressed all questions and concerns to patient needs. Staff from checking in to doctor assistants and at checkout were very friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend. It is our family office for visit needs now.
