Excellent service from Alimarie Lopez at Edward Bernier. From the very beginning, she was professional, attentive, and efficient. She helped me throughout the entire process with great patience and clear communication, making sure everything was done correctly. You can tell she truly cares about her work and her clients. I highly recommend her. Fast, friendly, and high-quality service.

Over the past 10+ years, I have purchased eyewear from 3 different Beiner stores, S. Miami, Brickell, and Coral Gables. They exceed expectations every time! The service and selection is unmatched. They also have great optometrists for eye exams. I highly recommend them.

Classy Establishment. Evelyn helpful and gracias. I have been getting my glasses at Costco. The lenses may be OK but the opticians who sell the glasses at Costco might as well be robots who could have chosen a career path as garbage collectors. My frames had a fit problem and the Costco people couldn’t understand it and didn’t care. Evelyn helped to fix the problem and explained it to me. She was really nice about it even though she probably sensed the store is out of my price range. The highest level of medical ethics and class.

Terrible customer service. We ordered a pair of sunglasses and were quoted 3 weeks. More than 2 months have elapsed and the glasses have not arrived. You can’t call the store because they don’t pick up the phone or answer voice messages. They also don’t respond to emails. Won’t shop here ever again.

I recently visited an Edward Beiner store in South Miami and had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Evelyn. Even though she was handling everything solo, she was super helpful and incredibly nice. She even helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses, making the whole experience a breeze. Huge kudos to Evelyn for her amazing service!
