Amazing staff Magdeline, Mario and Javier are full of joy, treated my mom with empathy and just really made the experience enjoyable. My mom can barely see, she’s full of emotions and they made this experience easy and as enjoyable as possible. Even made my mom laugh multiple times. I truly want to thank your staff and this establishment.
Avoid Medeye Associates! I have visited the location three times for pre-op and post-op checkups. Parking is a nightmare, and they never honor the appointment time. I arrived well before the appt time each time, and they kept me waiting for over two hours beyond the appt time each time! It’s not just me. The waiting rooms are packed with patients making phone calls to rearrange meetings, school pickups, etc. And it is not just this location. I have been to all their locations including the surgery place. It is their thing. They overbook, and they don’t care. The Medeye Associates is by far the most miserable health care provider I ever experienced.
I had a laser procedure done on both eyes over the course of two weeks, and my experience with Dr. Raja was outstanding. He explained the process meticulously, patiently answered all my questions, and has truly exceptional bedside manner. My recovery went exactly as he predicted — a testament to his expertise and experience. My wife and I now see him regularly and fully trust his judgment. Thank you, Dr. Raja!
I did my cataract surgery on April 30th 2026. The overall experience with the doctor and staff was awesome. The process was smooth, and I would recommend medeye associates and doctor segal , also grisel assisted me well during my recovery.
Super bad atention My husband went to Dr Raja on Thursday and sent him 2 medicines to his glaucoma that he has for years. Was his 1st time for this problem Today that is Monday May 4th -3.30 pm still not having the medicines. I am calling since Friday for the medicines to med eyes , asking that never got to cvs. I left a few messages for Valerie, Elena and never returned my call and didn’t send any medications to cvs. Who is going to be responsable if something happens to his eye with out medicine for 3 days. There is no manager to talk only the one that answer the phone and send messages since Friday morning. Or leaving a message in the machine. Still waiting for the medicines. What a bad atention to the patients. Really we are not going back !!! 0 STAR
