We had such a great experience at Eye Pros! My daughter went in for a contact fitting appointment and they were so patient with her and walked her through the process for putting contacts in and taking them out! I would highly recommend them for anyone that wants to switch from glasses to contacts to go and see them! The whole staff was AMAZING’
My son was getting headaches with his new glasses. We have gone in a few times and had his glasses adjusted and that seemed to help temporarily. It was getting so he wasn’t wearing his glasses at all because of headaches. We are now trying a slightly different prescription. We have very much appreciated the time and attention the doctors and staff have generously given us.
😔 have been great understanding exactly how it all works. Beging told one thing from one then different from the other. Ive had my eyes checked here two yrs in a row now. Getting my glasses was a complete nightmare the first time around If ya don't understand all the options as ya think, you might just end up with glasses you still can't use by the end of or just over the warranty time and get screwed out of everything you put into getting them. They both should have better communication within the same facilities. Eyemart and Eyepros. ERRPPHHH
Dr. Turner is very kind and thorough. He doublechecks and made me feel very comfortable throughout the exams for both glasses and contacts.
First visit to Dr Turner and he was awesome! The staff was all friendly and informative. They explained every test and the results. Overall great experience including quick in and out for an entire exam and contact fitting in less than 20 minutes including new patient forms. Thanks!!!
