Everyone was so wonderful and took the time to explain every step of the process. Booking an appointment was super easy online, my glasses broke the night before and I was able to book an appointment for the next day without having to wait for them to open the next morning. Dr Meyer was great, and Cheyenne who helped me pick out my glasses after was so helpful as well!
My kiddos and I love Eye Pros! All of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They answer questions clearly and thoroughly. I would highly recommend them and Eye Mart as well!
wow! i’m so happy i booked here. i was hesitant since i have medicaid but they were up front with my question on costs and i felt comfortable coming in for it. but what sent me over the moon was that they were so nice and accommodating to my 16 month old boy who had to come w me. they gave him toys to play with, put on his favorite TV show, the Dr was okay with me holding him in my lap while she did the exam and everything. i’ve never felt more comfortable as a mom going to a drs office. i would HIGHLY recommend.
I absolutely loved everyone at Eye Pros. They were so friendly and so kind, even when I had to do one of the tests 5 times because I kept blinking. The doctor was so down to earth, easy to talk to and willing to answer any question. This was my first time with them & I will 100% continue to use them for all of my eye needs.
The level of service from start to finish was the best I've ever experienced! No need to find any other optometrist and getting my new pair of glasses the very same day, wow! So happy I went to eye mart! Thank you!
