I am extremely disappointed with my experience at EYE-Q Optical. I brought my frame to this company specifically because they were listed as an authorized distributor for my frame brand. I paid the full amount upfront for my prescription lenses to be fitted — a decision I now deeply regret. It has now been 7 weeks and I still have not received my glasses. Every time I follow up, I am told the glasses are still with the company installing the lenses. This is completely unacceptable. Lens installation typically takes 10 to 14 days — not 7 weeks. The lack of transparency, communication, and accountability is deeply concerning. For the price I paid, I expected professionalism and timely service. Instead, I have been left without my glasses, without a clear explanation, and without a refund for work that has not been completed. This experience has left me questioning the integrity of this business entirely. I strongly urge anyone considering EYE-Q Optical to think twice before handing over your frames or your money. Buyer beware.

I'm pretty sure Dr. LeSoltis saved the vision in my right eye by treating a bad corneal abrasion (first one I ever had, so I didn't realize how serious it was). She took an abundance of caution with my drop regimen and has been monitoring me closely. I'd be remiss if I didn't mention the staff, as well. Friendly, helpful, and with a sense of humor I needed. They are all lovely, highly competent people, and I'm truly grateful to them.
Dr. LeSoltis cares & pay attentions to detail, asking all the questions to get to the root of the issue although it may have been time consuming. Explained to me things about my glasses & vision that I never really knew. Person who handled my intake was very kind, and the person who adjusted my glasses was also very kind. I love Eye Q because these folks care about the people they help & their standard of service is so high. Always in good hands here
I had to cancel my appointment before walking through the door. The male receptionist that calls your phone to confirm appointments is very rude. He called to ask about my insurance and wouldn’t allow me to speak. He literally kept interjecting as I’m trying to explain my insurance to him. The sass and aggression I got during the call did not make me feel comfortable walking through the doors. His energy alone made me feel like this may not be the best place for my eye care if they’re not providing adequate customer service over the phone. Best of luck to anyone else that attends, but he definitely made my first impression a very bad one. Mainly due to his lack of understanding and inability to refrain from frustration.
Dr. Luria noticed a tear in my retina and sent me for emergency care. Thank goodness he did. I needed emergency surgery. He was kind enough to text and ask how I made out. Thoughtful, efficient, and very knowledgeable- five stars from me!
