Very disappointed with our experience at this location. Before booking the appointment, we called and were told that my mother’s insurance was accepted and that it covered her glasses. After spending two hours there for the eye exam, it was finally time to select frames. The employee initially showed us glasses that were not covered. We clearly explained that we were only interested in frames fully covered by the insurance. She then brought out four frames, placed them on the counter, and specifically told us they were covered. My mother selected one, but while the employee was entering everything into the system, she suddenly informed us there would be an additional $58 charge, plus taxes. This fee was never mentioned when we scheduled the appointment, before the exam, or when the frames were presented as covered. Clear and honest pricing should be explained before patients spend hours completing an appointment. This experience felt misleading and was extremely frustrating. We will not be returning to this location. I and my children have been a customer here for years and never have I had to deal with this issue.

I came to this optical store with my prescription and asked if they accepted my insurance. They confirmed that they did, and I ordered my glasses. I was told they would be ready within 2–4 weeks, but it has now been almost two months. I have not received any calls, messages, or updates regarding my order. I have called twice, and each time I was told that someone would call me back with an update, but nobody ever did. At this point, I don’t even know whether I should keep waiting for my glasses or if my order has simply been forgotten. I am very disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service.

Staff and service were excellent. My concern is with the company’s policy. I have only one functional eye, yet I am required to purchase new lenses for both eyes. I don’t understand why I should have to pay for a new prescription lens for an eye that does not function. I would appreciate a policy that takes situations like mine into consideration and allows customers to purchase only the lens they actually need.

They’ve always been really good to me. Very clear about what my insurance does and does not cover, and reasonably quick turnaround time for my glasses/contacts. Staff is super nice too.

The moment I walk in me and my family was greeted with smiles of joy... they have patience on helping you decide on what you like. And the doctor just made my day.i love meeting or being around happy people with good spirits 😊
