Eye Q Optometry

I had my first eye exam with Dr. Vasquez and the team at Eye Q, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The level of care was excellent, everything was explained thoroughly, which made me feel comfortable and well informed throughout the entire visit. The equipment and testing felt very advanced and thorough, and the staff was friendly, pleasant, and genuinely helpful. I’m so glad I chose Eye Q and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality eye care.

I need to brag on this place for a minute.. I called this morning for an emergency evaluation of my right eye that had some swelling, burning and pain. The staff was able to get me in (day of) and help me find the issue (blocked gland) and provide a solution immediately. I ended up grabbing an Occusoft mask from the pleasure point office afterward and the staff there was also incredibly welcoming and friendly. I just want to say that I’m so grateful for both incredible teams and I want to thank you all for such a friendly and welcoming experience. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Keep up the good work!

Eye Q Optometry is great. Every employee is friendly and helpful. Frame styles are fresh to classic. Wife and I do back to back appointments for convenience. Great locations in Capitola and Santa Cruz. We have been to both. Thank you all.

Really painless and easy experience getting an eye exam. You can book online and they are very thoughtful and thorough about getting your insurance and making sure your prescription suits your needs. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. Would 100% recommend!

Had my First Exam with Dr. Bakhtary yesterday, she was amazing. So personable, so kind, so knowledgeable. Great office and Great staff. Highly recommend stopping by.
