I had a great experience! She was super informative, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. She made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process and answered all of my questions. Her customer service was amazing, and you can tell she truly cares about helping people.

The office and the staff came in clutch for me since I travel for work. Was able to see me same day and update my contact prescription while checking my glasses script as well. Very friendly staff and gave me some really great advice.

Amazing customer service! Dr. Elkins is very knowledgeable and thorough. His technician (and wife) is very personable, helpful, & knowledgeable as well. Did great job for both my husband and I. They go above and beyond. We will be going back annually.
