My son and I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Bret Ford and his staff at Ford Eye Care Center. Everyone was so friendly and Dr. Ford is a gem, not only professional, but personable. He utilizes updated technology for the exam and the frame selection was excellent. Will definitely refer others to Ford Eye Care Center.
Dr Brett Ford is a great doctor and the eye glass tech "Cruz" is very helpful. If you have an insurance problems you might as well leave and never come back as the office manager is NOT willing to help you. Even thinks they have a right to say that the deductible that was applied to our health insurance & Medicare shouldn't matter. You pay now or later to someone else when our vision insurance does not have a deductible. We gave them them wrong insurance card when checking in and caught it when we were processing payment for glasses. The girl doing our glasses did not correct the error with the front desk and now they say they won't correct the problem that it's up to us to file a claim. I've been doing insurance since 1983 and I know that it can be corrected. The office manager is the one that said they won't correct it and now they say we have a deductible balance of $165. still due. There are other eye care companies in this community that would have handles this in a more favorable way. We ask to speak with Dr Ford but we're told he couldn't help us!
Very friendly and professional staff. The office was clean and comfortable. The exam was quick and easy. The lady helping me pick out frames was kind and patient.
Five stars, without hesitation. My Dr. Layne Ford is incredibly attentive and kind. She truly listens, takes her time, and makes sure all of my questions are answered without ever feeling rushed. She’s very informative and explains everything clearly, which immediately puts you at ease. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and their long-term eye health. I’m so grateful to have found a doctor who combines expertise with such compassion. Highly recommend.
Dr. Layne Ford does a great job. She is warm and friendly. I always enjoy chatting with her.
