We are both long time clients of TSO. Deb needed new glasses and we dropped in and spent (what seemed like!) ages trying to find a pair she liked. Then along came Lea and within minutes she found the perfect pair of frames for Deb. Lea was extremely helpful and made the purchase so easy. Good folks at TSO.
Lea was such a great help. She had patience with me as I had to exchange my frames because the fit wasn’t good for me. She gave me a call when they got a new shipment in of the brand I was looking for. Everyone at this TSO is exceptional. It’s always a good experience.
I've been going to TSO for nearly 12 years. Outstanding business!! Everyone is so helpful and genuine. I actually look forward to my eye appointments! This time, Lea helped me get my glasses squared away with insurance and ordering and she listened to me carefully to make sure we got everything just right as far as the ideal lens type and features for my specific purposes. She made sure I understood all my options and explained them in a simple way that I could understand. I really love the folks here.
I love coming to TSO! Been coming here for years and the service from the doctors and opticians is above and beyond. Never any problems adjusting frames, replacing scratched lenses, one time they even replaced the lenses to correct the Rx! I have a very complicated prescription and these guys always get it right. Highly recommend talk to Lea when you're ordering your glasses. She is fabulous about helping you find ones that fit your face!
Haven't been to an optometrist in a long while. Lea H. Was an amazing optician and helped with all my needs. I really liked how she helped me find a pair of glasses that I felt comfortable in and didn't just let me settle with any old pair. 10/10.....or should I say 20/20
