I'm new to Eye Q Vision and had such a great experience. Everyone was so informative and very friendly. I highly recommend Eye Q Vision for all your vision needs. Also, they're very great with kids. They did amazing with my granddaughter.
Had a wonderful experience with everyone in the office, from check-in, to my exam with Dr. Tsiftilis, to picking out glasses with Elsa. I absolutely love my new Tom Ford frames and have been getting so many compliments on them!
Never had insurance issues until this place. I wish they would’ve checked that they couldn’t help me before they reached out to me to schedule an appointment. Half an hour into the appointment before we left without even seeing the doctor.
Fantastic experience. The entire team is exceptionally professional and welcoming. Dr. Tsiftilis is remarkably thorough. He explains each step clearly, addresses all of my questions, and ensures I feel completely informed. I never feel rushed or as though he has somewhere else he needs to be—his attentiveness is truly appreciated Elsa is exceptional. She manages a wide range of responsibilities—whether it’s questions about contacts, frames, insurance, or anything in between, she is the person to ask. I personally appreciate her expertise in selecting frames; she consistently finds options that feel as though they were made specifically for me. She is truly outstanding Tonya is warm, kind, and an excellent first point of contact. She sets a positive tone for the entire visit and contributes greatly to the overall experience
Dr. Tsiftilis and his staff are always super helpful and always aim to answer any and all questions we may have about our Eyewear options. Exams are always very thorough and after exam support is phenomenal.
