I had a wonderful experience as a new patient at Spex Expression! Everyone was kind, professional, and very informative from start to finish. Dr. Frank was excellent—he took the time to clearly explain my eye health and all my options in a way that was easy to understand. I really appreciated how thorough and attentive he was, making sure I felt confident about what would work best for both my daily life and work. Dana was also amazing with communication and scheduling, making everything smooth and convenient. They have a great selection of stylish glasses, and the staff member who helped me choose mine (I wish I remembered her name!) was patient, honest, and really helped me find a pair I love. I also appreciated the help with insurance details. I believe his name was Chris—he was very kind and professional during my eye scans, which made the process quick and comfortable. Overall, a fantastic experience. I felt well taken care of and I’m looking forward to my 6-month follow-up!

If I could give less than 1* I would. They nickel-dime you for anything and everything they can. My son got fitted for contacts. Since they were dailies and were expensive I asked if he could try 2 week or monthlies and I was told he would have to come in for an entire contacts exam again even though he was well within a year of his last exam. An entire new contacts exam just to get fitted for a different kind of dispoble contact. I then asked if I could come in to get our prescription and get our pupillary distance measurement so I could order glasses online (btw you can measure your own PD) I was not informed until I was in the office attempting to get my prescription, that it cost $25 for a PD measurement. Then I went to pay and found out it was $25 per person (after I asked "25 dollars each?" And the person Informed me "no, flat rate" it was in fact 25 per person). The original bill was already outrageous and thankfully I have good insurance. I will never go here again. You feel like you're in a furniture store trying to be upsold to every fancy test with all these expensive new machines they have. Even the PD was measured with some monitor and iPad when you can literally measure it with a paper ruler.

Dr. Kristy Marczewski (Dr. M) is awesome! She's super nice, patient, and easy to talk to. We usually have quite a bit of laughs. She's knowledgeable and explains things very well. I highly recommend her! The staff are all super nice and patient. Their recommendations on frames help you explore other options that you wouldn't have normally looked at. Definitely 5 stars!

As a first time patient here, I had a wonderful experience. The staff was very nice and friendly to me. They walked me thru everything they were doing. They also let me take my time to adjust my own eyes after some of the testing. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for fresh and friendly experience!

This place is definitely different than anything I have experienced in the past where eye exams are concerned. State of the Art equipment and their capabilities are amazing! Unfortunately I wasn't too satisfied with the costliness. I had to turn down a test that insurance didn't cover and when the doctor explained my need for drops due to dry eyes I thought it was going to be a prescription. Towards the end I was a bit disappointed but they did perform and give me my RX, they even scheduled me for another screening which I had done the next day5They are a bit on the higher end but the service is top notch and they do offer options for payment plans for frames etc. Overall, they are definitely a great place and I would recommend them. They have some amazing equipment and I admit it was actually kind of fun in an augmented VR type of way 😊 . They do some extended testing which is a plus I got to see the things she was mentioning on a screen so I was able to keep up. It's amazing the strides that technology has made. Again overall, great facility, great people, great experience! I would recommend if you're considering!
