I had an amazing experience at this eye doctor’s office! The place is absolutely beautiful—so clean, modern, and elegant. From the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel welcome. A special thank you to Sonia! She was incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. She greeted me with a cheerful smile, answered all of my questions, and made the whole visit easy and enjoyable. Her positive attitude really stood out. It’s so refreshing to go to a doctor’s office that feels warm and inviting instead of stressful. Honestly, it’s one of the few medical offices where you almost don’t want to leave! 🤣 I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for exceptional care and outstanding customer service!

I love ms. Patty and I love this location. I’ve been a customer for over 15 years and the service has always been great. Office is lovely (renovated a couple years ago) and the doctors are nice! I do sometimes wish the glasses selection was a little more varied (they get new frames all the time) but I can always find a fun pair of glasses. Def recommend (hablan espanol para ellos que lo necesitan)

I recently had an eye problem and visited the office without an appointment. Sonia at the front desk was incredibly kind and welcoming. She greeted me with a smile and said she would see what she could do to fit me in, even though I didn’t have an appointment. I truly appreciated her effort and positive attitude. The doctor and assistants were also very professional and kind, making me feel comfortable throughout the visit. I’m very grateful for the care I received and the excellent customer service. From the moment I walked in, the first thing I noticed was how incredibly friendly the entire staff is. They truly made me feel cared for, and the exam itself was thorough from start to finish. A special thank you to Sonia for being so patient with me, and to Nitchel, Talia and Dr. Sankar for the same kindness and attention. I cannot recommend this place enough. From start to finish the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable! I was previously seen at the Winter Haven location, the Haines City location was very clean and very well laid out. I was seen by Dr. Sankar and she was great! She made sure to double check for what she referred to as "floaties" in my eyes. Thankfully everything turned out alright! I was happy to notice with this examine compared to others that my dilation drops wore off very quickly!
