I called ahead and was told that emergency walk-in patients were accepted between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM. I arrived around noon while 36 weeks pregnant and experiencing significant dental pain. After checking in, I waited over four hours before being seen. Despite explaining that I was in pain and pregnant, I was not evaluated until approximately 4:20 PM. Once I was finally seen, I was told that the issue was likely related to a wisdom tooth and that I would need to see an oral surgeon because their office does not perform wisdom tooth extractions. However, no X-rays were taken, no diagnostic imaging was performed, and I left without a clear diagnosis, treatment plan, or relief for my pain. What was most frustrating was spending over four hours waiting for an emergency dental visit only to leave with no treatment, no imaging, and no solution for the pain that brought me there in the first place. I understand that offices can be busy and that scheduled patients may need to be prioritized. However, if an office advertises emergency walk-in hours, patients should be given realistic expectations. If the office is already fully booked or unable to accommodate additional emergency patients in a timely manner, that should be communicated clearly from the beginning. Had I been told that the wait would be over four hours or that the office would ultimately be unable to provide treatment, I could have made other arrangements and sought care elsewhere. As a patient, especially one in the final weeks of pregnancy, it was extremely discouraging to spend most of the day waiting in pain only to leave without any meaningful evaluation or treatment. I would have appreciated greater transparency, better communication, and a more thorough assessment of my condition. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing, and I cannot recommend this office based on the care I received.

Doctor sent a referral for an endo weeks ago & I’ve just been waiting for it to “process” ever since. I called every day since the 1st of the month & be told lie after lie. finally someone told me today they don’t even have an endocrinologist at the moment …. They just hired one a few days ago & he won’t take patients for a couple of weeks. Thanks for wasting my time . Not everyone knows the whole process for a referral so sometimes we choose to trust that the medical team has our best interest in mind. Central Fl healthcare DOES NOT. All locations I’ve encountered DAVENPORT, WINTER HAVEN, WAUCHULA have been full of incompetent people who care more about their fragile little egos than actually helping patients. Do not recommend, EVER. Find somewhere else go to asap.

Farrah Sepehri is amazing! She’s very kind, patient, and explains everything clearly. You can tell she truly cares about children and loves what she does. My daughters feel very comfortable with her, and I really appreciate the time and attention she gives. Highly recommend her! 🌟

These people are a waste of time...Just horrible. I arrived 40 minutes early for my appointment and claimed that they called and texted to let me know Dr. Karla Bonetti had an emergency. They never did. The lady at the front desk had the nerve to tell me to be on time for my new appointment. The amount of gaslighting lack of responsibility. A bunch of liars.
