was scheduled for a 30min lasik procedure.at 3:45 went ahead and arrived 30mins early and still spent 3+hours waiting to be taken to get procedure done places closes at 5pm was not out of their office until after 630pm. I was the second to last person to leave even after other people had appointments after me they were seen before. I Did not leave until after 630 pm way over an hour and half after they were closed. the staff is so uncoordinated that they are constantly over scheduling at this location. I have always gone to the huffmeister located which gives great and fast service. this located woodlands just made it my option of ESOT making me not want to recommend

Absolutely fabulous. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and kind. They spent the necessary time ensuring my questions were answered and that I understood the plan of care. I left with my eyes feeling so much better in addition to learning more about my eye health. Dr Singh truly cares about each of his patients and it reflects both in the outcome of his work and how he treats others. I cannot recommend this office enough.

If not for his deplorable lack of effective patient scheduling I would give Dr. Singh a 5 star rating. He is knowledgeable, personable and has excellent interpersonal skills. However routine assessment appointments consistently exceed 3 hours of which at least 2+ hours are dead-times sitting in waiting rooms due to his over scheduling of patient visits.. Patients seem to accept this inconsiderate and disrespectful behavior as the norm, which is a sad reflection of their own self value. After 3-4 appointments experiencing the abovementioned protocol I had enough and walked out. I believe my time has some value and will find an alternative specialist

I recently attended an appt here with Dr G. Singh. Upon entering the office, I was greeted by a very nice receptionist who checked me in and I had a seat. After not waiting long the technician, Emily called me for my testing, she was very knowledgeable and very caring. Emily explained all the testing and what it was used for. I enjoyed working with her as she had a happy personality and a sweet sense of humor and she knew her job. Dr. G. Singh was very caring and thorough and answered all my questions. He spoke to me respectfully and I could tell that my eye care was of utmost importance to him and his whole staff. I would definitely return to this office if I needed to again

I recently suffered from an allergic reaction and bacterial infection in both eyes. I tried going to my PCP first and then my eye doctor but did not get any results. After day four I was going crazy because nothing was working. My wife drove me to this place right when they opened and I was ready to sit there all day until I was seen. I was called back within 30 minutes of my arrival and the doctor was very diligent in her review of my situation. I was prescribed medicine that can only be found at a compound pharmacy. Within two days I was back to normal. The staff was very nice, the doctor’s bedside manner was amazing and truly cared. I highly recommend Eye Specialists of Texas.
