Excellent experience from start to finish. The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful, and the appointment ran on time. The doctor was very knowledgeable, attentive, and explained my eye health in a way that was easy to understand. I appreciated the thorough exam and personalized recommendations. You can tell they truly care about their patients. I will definitely be returning and recommending this office to others.

From the moment I spoke to the receptionist on the phone to the moment I left the experience was nothing short of amazing. I had broken my glasses and was also overdue for an eye exam. I have a complex eye prescription and my previous optometrist retired so I was looking for a new one. I found Eye to Eye and saw they had a same day apt. I called and the girl I spoke to was so friendly, understanding and easy to talk to. I got there and the staff was welcoming. The doctor was amazing! She was thorough, asked a lot of questions and listened to my concerns. One of the staff helped me pick out new glasses and was patient and had great suggestions. Although I kept cha gong my mind, she never got frustrated or seemed annoyed. I was there for an hour and half and not once felt rushed. I truly can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you!!!

My most current annual exam was with Dr. Bailey. She is such a professional. Always pleasant, but mindful of any concerns and questions. Is always willing too go beyond, just to be sure I leave comfortable and happy with the result. The office staff is very friendly. Easy to work with on insurance questions. Or ordering new Eyewear. Thank you Dr. Bailey and your great staff.

I had a very disappointing experience at this office. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Beverly Chado because I specifically wanted to be seen by her. When I arrived on time, a staff member told me that Dr. Chado was busy and repeatedly pressured me to see another doctor instead, explaining that he was Dr. Chado's son. I respectfully declined because I had seen him before and preferred to keep my appointment with Dr. Chado. Patients have the right to choose the provider they want to see, and that choice should be respected. I also called the office afterward to ask for the staff member's name, but I was told they could not provide it. I believe all staff members should wear visible name tags so patients can identify the people caring for them. I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism and respect for my preferences. I hope the office will improve its communication and patient care.
