I've been coming here for years, and this is my first time writing a review. I just want to say thank you, Natalie! You were so kind, helpful, and patient throughout the entire process. I truly appreciate your outstanding customer service. You didn't just help me see more clearly—you made me feel seen, heard, and understood as a person, and that meant so much to me. It's rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about their customers the way you do. Thank you for making such a positive impact on my experience. For my first time eye exam with Bella optical I had a great experience . Staff are very welcoming, nice and helpful. Throughout my exam I felt no rush when picking out my glasses.They also kept educating me throughout the process. Overall I would recommend Bella optical.

Appointment scheduled for 7/3 @ 3:30, called earlier in the week to verify, received the reminder email and text, show up and surprise, OFFICE CLOSED. Scheduling service places blame on location and Optometrist that does not work there and says they must have forgotten and should have called you. Can no longer refer Bella Optical
