I had a wonderful experience with Kristen and Joy! I came in just to fix the arm of my glasses, and they went above and beyond to help me. They patiently guided me through the Meta glasses, explained everything, and worked with my insurance to show me my benefits and discounts. They were so kind, professional, and never made me feel rushed. I’ll definitely be coming back to purchase my next pair of glasses. Highly recommend!

This Lenscrafters store in Memorial City stands out by far in terms of friendliness, willingness to help solve a problem & concern for what's best for the customer. I'm purchasing Rayban Meta AI glasses with prescription lenses. Dominique was so very friendly and helpful to us. She special ordered our glasses and solved our delivery problem. If you're in need of prescription glasses, meta glasses or sunglasses, I highly recommend visiting this store! You won't be disappointed.

I had such a great experience speaking with Joy at LensCrafters! I explained my situation, and she took the time to walk me through all of the options available to me. She was incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. I really appreciated how much time she spent making sure I understood everything and felt taken care of. I went in to talk to them about my meta galsses(too high maintenance). Joy was a great help she tighten both pairs of my glasses and educated me on how to clean them. So glad she was available and she was soooooooo helpful!!! Thank you again because when I went to the galleria location I was told “no one tightens meta’s. Glad I won’t be returning to the galleria location. Love the Memorial city mall location and I’ll be back!!!
