The quality of the administrative staff at this office has deteriorated markedly in recent years. On multiple occasions, they have failed to locate insurance information that had been on file for years, scheduled appointments with physicians who were not present, and booked visits with providers who were not yet approved to accept my insurance—forcing unnecessary rescheduling. While the physicians themselves provide competent care, the repeated administrative failures are unacceptable and demonstrate a lack of basic professionalism and oversight. The resulting waste of time is significant and avoidable. I will be taking my business elsewhere. If you value your time, you should do the same.

I used to be a loyal patient, but since this practice was bought by OCLI, which is owned by a private equity firm, it’s gone downhill fast. Their only focus seems to be cutting costs. The quality of care has plummeted. Wait times are absurd, and follow-ups are handled by indifferent call center staff. I wouldn’t recommend this place anymore.

Absolutely horrible experience with this office. Showed up to our appointment today early, only to be told that they had tried to contact me to cancel. They said they were trying to contact me for over a month. Interesting, because I made the appointment only two weeks ago. They said they had called me and left a voicemail and sent me an email. Nope. Complete waste of our time. Will not be returning under any circumstances.
