Very polite staff. The aide very clearly explained the reason for dialating the eyes. The doctor explained various approaches I could take for dry eye and helped me understand its seriousness. Office staff were straightforward and polite. I would happily see these providers again.

I have been seen several times here, including for two surgeries. Other than a hostile and somewhat rude receptionist- who l think is gone without a word from me literally every other person l have encountered at this practice has been extremely competent and polite. Dr Richard is amazingly bright and had my eye problem identified literally within seconds. I was tremendously impressed with his thorough knowledge and the speed at which his mind worked. I can’t remember the other doctor’s name but he saw me postoperatively and was wonderfully reassuring. As an artist l need my eyes and have grown very attached to them. I couldn’t be more pleased with both the clinical folks and the front desk folks ( except for that very first unfortunate interaction).. If l had my own company l would hire them all. You are in good hands with these guys.
My son has a bit on anxiety but stated he felt very comfortable there and all was friendly. We had visited earlier and he found the perfect frames. However he needed an eye exam and that was a bit of time for the appointment. We were so happy when she came out with those frames she had still been on hold. A good expierence and he is very anxious to get his new glasses. Thank you, Cindy and Scott
Dr. Julie Webber is the epitome of what an ophthalmologist should be their office is beautiful. They are well organized and scheduling your appointment and they keep you in a timely schedule. I highly recommend them.
Meh. I had an 8:40 appointment, and went in at 8:00 because, you know... I didn't have anything else to do. The receptionist seemed annoyed I was so early, but gave me the paperwork anyway. They called me in like 5 minutes later. Turns out, they weren't THAT busy. Tested, dilated me, did my retina screen, and I was out the door by 9. The staff was really cool, but that receptionist kind of rubbed me the wrong way.
