I went to Valley Eye Care for my annual eye exam. It was my first visit to this clinic and I am so impressed. My appointment started on time. The technician was friendly and very professional. She performed the necessary tests that the doctor, Dr. Valle, needed for his examination of my eyes. Both the technician and Dr Valle gave me two of the most thorough exams I have ever had, using very up to date instruments. Dr. Valle spent a considerable amount of time explaining the status of several medical conditions present in my eyes and how these conditions might progress over time. I was given a new prescription for glasses, an outcome I was completely expecting. Another technician, who was very knowledgeable about the selection of frames in the showroom, spent a significant amount of time helping me select new frames. I felt very well cared for by each person I encountered. I highly recommend Valley Eye Care for patients of any age. They are awesome!
** Follow up appointment for a condition was very good. The doctor offered further options for treatment and was very aware of what the out of pocket costs might be. This was helpful and appreciated for a patient like me on a retirement income. I never felt rushed or pressured during my visit and am happy with my current treatment plan and future planned visits. Staff, as always was friendly and helpful. Friendly and professional staff. Great selection of eyewear. Highly recommended the doctor who was attentive and knowledgeable.
Valley Eye Care is a top level eye care facility. Dr Young really cares about his patients and listens to what they have to say about their eyes. The staff are excellent as well. They fix your old glasses and help you get your new glasses should you need them. The selection is excellent. I've been coming to Valley Eye Care for a alot of years and have never been disappointed with the outcome.
The experience was exceptional! They had all my history, medications, and the most technological devices I've ever seen... (get it😆) Optometrist explained everything before I asked and was very pleasant. Technicians knew their jobs and executed them perfectly. I highly recommend Valley Eye Care.
