Since the clinic was purchased by an equity firm the quality of service has absolutely tanked. I don't blame the doctors but in the past 3 months the got rid of OBGYN and my primary has sent me multiple messages about not being able to see me for a possible ulcer so go to urgent care. Urgent care should not be primary care. My husband has had 3 appointments cancelled and he has diabetes, so he should have consistent care. Again, not the workers fault here but it is clear that the clinic is trying to maximize profit until the clinic can no longer function and then closes. I suggest people move to Samaritan since they will eventually own the building.

I really recommend going anywhere else if you need to go to an urgent care. I've been in 5ish times over the last 3 years, and every time I've gone the providers have been ridiculously unhelpful and generally dismissive. It's really frustrating to spend basically my whole day in the waiting room, to get no helpful advise or prescription, and then I have to come back a week later because things got worse.
the Corvallis clinic doesn't seem to care much about their patients. I haven't been able to get in to see my Primary in over 18months and they keep bumping me out. when I have labs done I never hear back from my primaries office, but I hear from the billing dept weekly. If your all about paying insurance deductibles then please go to the clinic, but if you want your health to improve i recommend finding another place.
I've been a patient here for five or more years and I have consistently had terrible experiences here. I have had chronic sinusitis for almost two years and they don't take me seriously at all. Every time I've gone in because of it, they tell me that there's nothing they can do. They've never tried to do any testing nor have they prescribed me anything past a cough suppressant. I get terribly sick every few months, and this most recent time, I have been sick for three weeks before I called them. I just called a few minutes ago to get an appointment for an antibiotic, and they told me that there isn't a single provider in the entire place that's available this week, so I will need to go to Urgent Care. When I asked if I'd need to pay out of pocket for that, the call operator told me "probably". I told her that the last time I went to an Urgent Care, I paid $200 just to be told that there was nothing they could do for me, so I am not really understanding why my primary care can't do anything at all for me. She said "yeah, that's why I try to avoid Urgent Care". So I told her I was not going to be a patient with Corvallis Clinic anymore, and she said nothing to try to keep my business. Do not try to be a patient here. Even simple things like getting an antibiotic for a 3-week long bacterial infection is near impossible. I can't imagine how frustrating it would be to have even more serious medical needs with this establishment.
I have been a patient of this clinic for several years now, and I can't express emphatically enough how bad this place is. You can never get in, no matter your medical issue. They can't even keep your annual wellness checks on the schedule. They are so terrible. If you are looking for a PCP, I would highly recommend that you stay away from this place. They are useless and they do not care about their patients. I am switching ASAP.
