Although the wait for an appointment was a few months, it was worth it. All the staff was friendly and very efficient. The doctor was detailed in her explanations. They handled my insurance and explained my coverage. I bought a pair of glasses from thier selection and also obtained my prescription. A great experience!

Pretty disappointed by my recent interaction at All Family Vision Care. The staff are all very kind, but their policy on lens replacement is frankly unacceptable. Last year, I paid $600+ on a new pair of frames that I hoped I could use for the next few years at least. I bought the Flexon type that are virtually indestructible. Well, my prescription changed one year later, and they refused to update my lenses due to a small nose pad piece that fell off of the glasses and was misplaced. This part is not important to the overall structure of the frames, and I hadn't even noticed it was missing recently. Staff immediately quoted me for a new pair of frames, no chance. I was able to find a third-party retailer that replaces lenses and will ship them there. I may continue to get checkups here but will not buy frames again from All Family.
I’ve been receiving care here over many years. From initial call to schedule an appointment until being notified that new glasses are ready, the process is easy, on time, quick & satisfying. . Staff are competent, friendly, and seem very experienced. They are helpful w/ frame selection, which I also really appreciate. Have always felt very satisfied w/ process and the outcome. Predictably excellent! TY, N. Miller
Dr. Shannon saw me very quickly, and both he and his clinical staff were very attentive to my comfort during the various tests and the exam. In addition, they were very thorough, and identified some minor issues that had not been caught previously. The opticians were very helpful in explaining my insurance and how it could be applied so as to get the best value for my new glasses. I would recommend and will return to All Family Vision care for eye care.
I always have a great experience with the optometrists here and think the patient care is fantastic, however the practice was purchased by VSP last year and the switch to corporate shows in the pricing. There is a new $100 exam fee specific for contact lens fitting- I wish that was disclosed when I booked my appointment, as it would have encouraged me to seek a different provider.
