I was a loyal patient of Dr John Offerlee for years. As he phases into retirement, I have begun seeing Dr Kristi Offerlee now. The excellent care, knowledge and personal connection I valued have continued on seamlessly. I genuinely look forward to my eye appointments and know I am in great hands.
My last exam & glasses were from Eye Care Associates & the earpiece on my old glasses broke yesterday. I came in hoping they could be repaired but they weren't. I was so fortunate that Dr Christina had a cancelation & u was able to get an appt today. From the front desk staff to the optometrist, I could not have had a better experience. Truly, a staff of professionals!
I had the unfortunate mishap breaking the frame on my glasses. I was dreading a visit to Eye Care Assoc.of Michiana (our family has been an customer for over 20 years) on Tuesday morning. After a very short wait an optical technician greeted me with Good Morning how can I help you! In today's world you hear alot of "can I help you" and never receive much help. Today was a perfect day because that is exactly what she did. She looked at the broken frames and ask a few questions and said give me a few minutes and I'll see what I can do. Ten minutes later she sat down and stated, I called the frame supplier, checked with my Insurance provider and said "I will have the frames in a couple of days and your insurance company will cover almost the entire cost. Perfect customer service. This was a six sta performance on a five star scale. In and out the door in 20 minutes. THANK YOU Angela, you made my day. Dave
