Honestly. Truly thought this place was good. They have treated me since a child. Turns out this entire time since ive been a child ive had the wrong prescription. My prescription was suppose to be 3x stronger. You guys refused to properly do your job and failed me. And fail every other person who goes here. I thankfully never got into any car accidents. But thankfully the office i now go to which is none of these places has gotten me the correct prescription and was able to file to insurance with NO ISSUE. Also be kind to people who are experiencing hearing problems. Talking loudly while their on the phone with their health insurance is insane behavior from you guys and thats coming from someone with a long list of mental illnesses. Also. Update how you guys do things and actually dust stuff off. If you even bother to say anything to me or reply to this ill just take the evidence I have to the medical board. Which proves medical neglect.

This is 1 place that I wish I had found them sooner. The staff is phenomenal, very courteous and professional. They are thorough and patient. They are very informative and kind. They greet you with a smile upon entering and they treat you like a person NOT just a patient and they are so friendly. I would recommend them to any and everyone. Thank you ladies and gentleman for a phenomenal experience as well as service.

Eyes and ears are important. Too often, people take them for granted. Yet, we need them to function in our daily lives. I developed some eye problems that affected my vision and this was quite a wake up call. I appreciated Dr. Craig and Dr. Morlan for their excellent care. With my eye emergency, a Midwest Eye staff member did her best and scheduled me that day. Thanks to Dr. Morlan and staff! Dr. Craig has given me excellent care with my other eye issues. He listens well, has a calming style and offers a reasonable treatment approach. Thank you so much Dr.Craig and staff. I am fortunate to have such good doctors and a supportive team. Hats off to Midwest Eye Clinic!

Dr. Antos is very unprofessional. Both family members of our family had our appointments recently rescheduled multiple times. He only comes to this location once a week and even on that one day a week he gets “sick” the morning of and has staff calls patients to schedule 30 mins before their appointments. Definitely not going to him ever again.

Very punctual and friendly. Staff members were very helpful and kind. The doctor was very educated, friendly and made me feel comfortable. He knew what he was doing 😄. I would recommend him to everyone.
