I can’t say enough about Eyecare Associates! I have visited both the Roanoke and Bluffton offices. Each staff member has been so helpful and kind. When I call they strive to find a time that works well for my schedule. Dr. Roth has gone above and beyond to get my eyesight exactly right! She takes her time, fully explains everything (in terms that I understand!:) and continues to make sure I am satisfied with my care. I highly recommend this practice!

Great visit for an exam and new glasses!!! I was a new patient, new to the Roanoke community and tired of a previous eye doctors office with terrible customer service. Everything about my visit was perfect. Friendly and knowledgeable doctor and staff made the visit quick and easy. Had an exam, picked out new glasses without any sales hassle and was out the door in 45 minutes! They completely understand my insurance and had my benefits ready before I even got there. Thank you very much for a great experience. I will be bringing the rest of my family over to this office also!!!

Highly recommend eyecare associates to anyone and everyone! Dr. Roth is the sweetest most caring optometrist ever 🥰 the staff was very friendly and welcoming! The selection of glasses was amazing 🤩!! Everyone here is always so friendly and helpful. They really go above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of and always explain things so well. Dr. Roth is amazing! I always feel like she really listens and takes her time during appointments. I highly recommend Eyecare Associates!

Staff is always nice and professional. I had an urgent condition and they worked me in the same day. Follow up for my condition is exceptional. Dr. Jill Roth always listens to what your concerns are and discusses throughly.
