Dr. Smith is very professional and I appreciate the fact she during my exam she found I had very progressive cataracts and honest enough to let me know she could correct my vision temporarily with glasses but within a few months I would need a new prescription. She suggested I see about having cataract surgery, then once healed she could get me the right prescription for my needs and I wouldn't be spending even more and more money for glasses when sooner than later I would need the cataract surgery anyway.

Although I had to go twice to pick up my glasses (bc they are only open until 6 and the website says 7:00), I was treated so well from the initial visit and exam all the way through pick up and fitting. Everyone was polite and helpful and I love my new frames.

All staff was really nice. I am giving a 4 star bc of the website inaccuracy. I tried to pick up my glasses on Wednesday at 6:20 and they were closed even though the website says they close at 7:00 PM. They have been short staffed and now close at 6:00 but have not changed the hours on the website.

Nice Optometrist. However, they didn't provide me with a copy of my prescription after the appointment. When I asked for it over the phone to order glasses online, they wouldn't provide the information. This is not really medical information, it's an eye prescription. Talk about inconvenience.

Always get my glasses here, after going to my own optometrist. Glasses are less expensive, and can get two pair for what I would pay at the optometrist office. Always courteous andbhelpful in selection of glasses.
