My daughter and I went for appointments. From the moment we walked in the door, ALL of the staff were friendly and accommodating. The nurse was great. She was very friendly and sweet. The doctor was amazing as well as very knowledgeable about personal mecical issues I have. When we got fit for glasses the woman wasn't pushy with upselling, and she was very patient. I'm so glad I chose CNY! Would definitely recommend.

I had a great experience at Eye Care of CNY. Cody helped fit me with both my new Blayzer glasses and my regular prescription glasses. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything fit properly and I was completely satisfied. I really appreciate his excellent customer service and attention to detail. Dr. Joe is great. He takes his time and explains things. I had a partially detached retina and once it was fixed, Dr. Joe explained what could happen next. The front desk staff is also amazing. They are pleasant and knowledgeable.

The staff of Eyecare of CNY are top notch. I've been going since I was young and I'd never go anywhere else. I even moved to a different state and still have them take care of me. There's no reason to go anywhere else.
