Let's start with my eye appointment. I called to schedule my appointment and saw the eye doctor with no problem. Dr. Rick Lemley got me in and out pretty quick. The rest of what happened is why I'm giving this place a 1 star, but it has nothing to do with the eye doctor himself. Here's why. I came back about 4 months later to order glasses after running out of contacts. The staff (there's literally only 2 women there) at the glasses section helped me decide on my frames. I go to the counter to pay and my card declined - very weird because I just got paid that day. The lady hears the card reader beeps, looks at me, and I tell her it declined but must be something on their end. Not sure what she did but she re-ring up my order and tells me to try again because their system is acting up. Went through the second time with no problem. I got home and checked my account later and saw a declined transaction for about $1,600 - this was coming from the same merchant listed (Walmart vision) that showed an approved transaction amount of $150 (my glasses purchase). No idea what happened there, but thank goodness I did not have that amount in my checking because if I did, they probably would had taken that full amount the first time. I made sure to take extra care of my receipt from them after that incident, because who knows what will happen. My glasses arrived about a week and a half later. I picked them up and loved the frames! 2 days in of wearing them, and I started having horrible headaches. I called to tell them that the glasses were giving me blurred vision and I was getting headaches from it. The lady told me that I needed to wear them regularly to adjust to them and that the blurriness could be because my vision could had possibly change over the 4 months time. So I listened and wore them for a whole month. Still couldn't see clearly out of them and headaches were getting really bad!! I go back and ask if they could fix it or perhaps offer a refund. The lady get upsets and raises her tone with an attitude and said, "you'd need manager approval for a refund, and your 30 day return period has already passed." I proceed to tell her that I'm sure it's not 30 days in their policy because I looked it up beforehand. So she decides to pull out their policy and confirms that I was right - it's 60 days with original receipt. How do you work there for 10+ years and don't even know your own policy? She never apologized or anything. I left my information with her to pass along to the manager. The manager calls me back about my refund request and discussed bringing them in on a day that she would be working. I worked full time and could not meet with the manager. However, the day that I brought my glasses in, the lady there issued me a refund - not the manager even though she claimed that it had to be done through a manager! - and would not give me a copy or receipt for my refund. I explained to her that I needed a receipt as my proof of return and she told me that she wouldn't allow me to keep my original receipt or make copy of the return because I had returned the glasses already. I don't understand why I couldn't keep any receipt or documentation when both had my name clearly printed on it - if anything, it is all part of my record and I should have access to that, which has my name. I wanted to keep records of everything in the event that something happens that shouldn't - like the very first transaction that was declined. I did not leave there feeling good at all - the lady was rude and mean about the whole situation and I honestly wasn't sure if I was ever going to see that refund. In about a week, the refund amount finally hit my account and I was so relieved to be done with all this crap. This was my first time buying glasses with Walmart Vision and never again will I buy from there! They're real nice when getting your money but get real ugly when you ask them to fix their product or ask them for a refund. Ridiculous! I went to another place afterwards to get new glasses and now have no more blurred vision or headaches.

I was in & out within 30 mins. Very nice staff, especially the doctor. He measured my previous prescription from a reading off of a pair of glasses . Compared the two and created me a new prescription to better suit my eyes ! Thanks! Will return!
The prices are good especially if you don’t have insurance. The appointment is quick and easy then you just go pick out your frame and the type of lens you want. My experiences there are always really good. Great customer service as well.
My glasses were a little late arriving, but the nice lady helping me, I believe her name is China, went beyond the call of duty to make up for it. Customer for life.
Great experience as a first timer. Dr Rick Lemley was awesome, very knowledgeable, very kind and informative.Thank you.Highly recommend!
