This place is crap now. They moved my appointment and didn’t tell me. Then as I’m sitting in the office after a reschedule, some little old man comes in and says he is there for a his appointment and they sat there and told him they changed his without his consent or letting him know too. Then as I’m filling out my paperwork, the paper asks for consent to see a virtual doctor. No one ever let me know I was seeing some internet doctor. Absolutely not. Done here. The office just blamed everything on the call center, that they must have changed my appointment, that they must have not called, that it was their job. Way to try to remedy the situation, I walked out. I will find a new doctor.

The last text I had from here was for my appointment today showed up and found out that the eye dr left 6 months ago and no one bothered to call or text to cancel my appointment! This is a horrendous way to do business! They wasted my time which I had to take off of work, gas.

This office was phenomenal! The receptionist was very kind, welcoming, and took care of my insurance immediately. The nurse was professional, knowledgeable, and very sweet. The doctor listened to me and didn't rush me. He made sure I understood what he was doing and why. The lady who helped me pick out my glasses was patience, helpful, and fun to talk to. This office is definitely a 10 out of 10.

I wish I could give a ZERO star review! I am extremely frustrated with the Albemarle, NC location! I contacted this office in AUGUST & was given an appointment for OCTOBER. I have all the text messages from this office showing this information. I confirmed the appointment via their text messaging system a week ahead. THE DAY BEFORE the appointment - I received a call telling me the appointment time was no longer offered & I would have to reschedule! I asked how was that possible when I made the appointment months ago & confirmed it a week before! The person stated that she saw I made the appointment two weeks prior. Absolutely not! I have the texts to confirm my original contact with them. Then the system sent me a text after the person canceled my appointment to make it appear as if I didn't show. This is one of the worst customer service experiences and I will tell anyone I meet to avoid this place!

Would be nice if they could stay on time with patient appts. I understand that some patients may take longer than others, and there is a few tests that they do before you see the doctor, but if your appt is at 8:00 and you are asked to be there 15 minutes before your appointment, then you should be taken back at 8:00 and then once the pre-tests are done you should be seeing the doctor. The patients time is just as valuable as anyone else that comes or works in any medical/eye office.
