Only reason I did not put one star is because the actual Eye Doctors have been great. Using a warranty I ordered a pair of replacement lens two weeks after setting this order I called in for an update and was told, "When they are in we will call you." Three weeks after that I call again, this time I'm told they'll look into it and call me back. I never received a call back. I call the following day to find out my order had just been placed the previous day. Which explains why I was never called back. This is absolutely ridiculous I'll now have to wait 6-7 weeks total just to be able to see clearly NOT because it took them awhile to make the lens's but because someone did not do their job. Do better.

I had to return twice months ago before getting the correct lenses. Recently, my wife has already had to go back twice as well, and we are now waiting for a third visit in hopes of finally getting the lenses corrected properly.

Eyecare Professionals in Mandan has precessional and kind employees. Dr. Emily knows her stuff and very thorough. You won’t be disappointed.

Eye care professionals are very knowledgeable and friendly. Dr Emily Zinke was great to work with and listened to me thoroughly. The staff was very helpful with choosing the right frames and the right lenses. Great experience!
