I Sabrena Smith had a very great experience with Dr. Walter’s he exam my eyes and explain my information to me very well what I need to do with my eyes he is a very good doctor, Also Debra my girl such a sweetheart, she made me so comfortable, with laughter like we know each other for years, she help with my choice of eye wear, she give different options to choose to afford my glasses. Both individual need acknowledgment for their wonderful customer service. I give them A+ multiple multiple times thank you for your great service. All the staff members was wonderful they all need to be acknowledged and rewarded.

I am very much satisfied with the service. Here, service was prompt, all tests were done in a timely manner, and seen by the doctor after that. He explained the results in detail. It is extremely better here(Eye care center) than one of the MD ophthalmologists in the town where I waited for 1.5 hours and was still not able to see the doctor. His secretary, at (MD ophthalmologist ) was the rudest person in the world I had seen.

My first time at the Lumberton Eye Care Cnter. This was an awesome, wonderful experience. From the check in staff, assistant, Dr. Walters to eye care ladies, everyone was so cordial. I highly recommend this office for your eye care needs. The wait was very short, maybe 3 minutes! The exam was in depth and choice for eye wear was exceptional. Thanks for a pleasant experience!

Dr. Walters was an excellent doctor. Debra at check out was very helpful and patient and answered all my questions. Trust me I had a lot of questions. lol. She was very professional and put me at ease.
