Everyone was super nice! Love the doctor, she explained everything very well. The lady who helped me pick out my frames I think her name is Christina, was wonderful. Not only did she help me decide on my two frames but she also noticed that my current glasses were a little loose so she took them tighten them adjusted them so they were a little bit more even without me even asking. She’s fantastic.
I have been coming to see Dr. Walker for a very long time. His staff is always friendly and professional as well as himself. He has taken very good care of my eyes and I really appreciate him and all that assist him in his work. Thank you, Hazel Holt
Dr. Walker is a wonderful doctor. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. The staff are very nice also especially Tonya. She so smart and helpful I can't say enough good things about her. Or Dr. Walker. I'm so glad I choose this practice to go to.
We have been going here for YEARS without any problems until this year. My appointment was scheduled a year in advance, got to said appointment and my appointment had been canceled and given to another person. Similar thing happened to my wife and daughter a couple of months ago. Their appointments were scheduled together a year ago, show up to appointment and are told they are 4 hours apart and my wife will need to come back later. Both times the front desk staffed blamed it on "their new computer system". My 9 year old daughter also wears contacts and was having an issue with her eyes, my wife called and spoke to someone and was never called back by anyone with a solution to the problem or even offered an appointment. Fortunately, her problem resolved that day and she didn't need to be seen by a physician. The front desk staff is exceptionally rude and clueless. My doctor and other techs are great but they need to re evaluate their front desk staff, telephone staff, and their new computer system.
