The front office staff is amazing! Kristi and Rachael are the sweetest most kind women. They go above and beyond to help with making an appointment and explaining everything. The doctors are also great! Highly recommend!!!!!
Easy scheduling appointment, very thorough eye exam & review of results. Dr. Blackburn was great. He explained everything & didnt rush allowing me to be comfortable to ask questions. Very thorough, knowledgeable, professional friendly. The staff was great & i look forward to my new glasses.
I had a very good experience at this office. This morning I called the high point office and she had mentioned that they didn’t not have an appointment that day, so she referred me to the office in King. Both ladies in the front were very helpful, even the lady that did a pre-test on me since I came in there due to pain in my eye. Dr. Mitchell Evans was also helpful and he explained everything throughly. I’m grateful for the attention of this office. 😊
I came in as a new patient. All of the staff were very nice and friendly. I had a Monday morning appointment, and they immediately and politely let me know there may be a slight delay as they had emergency appointments they had to squeeze in from things over the weekend. Even with those, my appointment went smoothly and was not delayed by much. Dr. Evans was great, he was friendly and explained everything in the appointment
