Great process from start to finish. Friendly staff, felt welcomed and questions were answered. Affordable examination, with no pressure to buy anything else. Dr. Ellington and his assistant were wonderful. Appointments are flexible and easy to get. Also, this location does not dilate eyes and has that machine that does the work instead! I got a basic eye glasses exam for $100, and the doctor went in depth about the health of my eyes and what was seen in the photographs taken of them. Will absolutely be back and recommend. Thanks so much!

Dr. Ellington and his assistant are Wonderful!!! Both were very knowledgeable, friendly, patient and supportive with a first-time contact appointment for a teenager. Thank you both So Much!!! 🤗
Omg, the new folks are just as bad as the old. Front desk is rude and unprofessional. My goodness, how hard is it to get decent employees who understand that you need to answer phones with some respect. Had a 9am appt. Doctor walks in at 9:45, doesn't acknowledge the 5 of us sitting and waiting for him. Seriously!!! What a lack of professionalism. No one informed me or the others that he was running late. We're I'm left sitting here like idiots. COMMUNICATION!!! Manage people's expectations. If he's late give folks the option to reschedule. This is insane.
Brooke at the Walmart Vision Center in King is fantastic. She assisted me with choosing new frames and recommended a style to me that I wasn't sure about at first but she was right they are perfect! She was so patient and nice. I really appreciate the experience. Update - I broke my frames and went back to see Brooke. She had them fixed in no time. Thanks again Brooke. You are amazing.
cute frames, but the optician staff have been late to open both times i've arrived. if the staff is going to be repeatedly late to open, the store should provide seating for customers who are under the impression the vision center will open promptly at its posted store hours.
