"I had the best experience picking out new glasses here! The staff was incredibly patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. They really took the time to help me choose a frame that fits my face perfectly. I'm so happy with my choice and highly recommend their team!"Such a great optical team! The eye exam went well. The eye doctor was very nice along with her assistant. But when it was time to check out, I was totally embarrassed by the clerk that sat behind the desk that day. It was an African-American clerk. Previously that week I started getting texts messages about an outstanding balance of $28. I said to myself I will take care of this once I get to my appointment and find out what it's for. When it was check out time, I went to the counter, and was very LOUDLY and unprofessionally told that the $28 was in collections. Everyone that was sitting in a waiting room looked up at me when they heard the clerk say this. I am a person that takes pride on paying my bills on time. Not sure how this happened, but I feel like she could have been more discreet while letting me know that this $28 was in collections. It's $28 for God's sake. And she repeated it over and over again, ma'am it's in collections. Because yes I questioned it. So I did not like this at all. Eye Care center front desk clerks need to be a little more professional than that.

Jacqueta and Kathleen were absolutely wonderful. They answered all my question were very friendly and pleasant. They went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of in a timely manner. We will be back. Thanks again!!

My daughters have had such a great experience here. They have the most up to date technology to ensure they check all parts of the eye with impressive imagery. Efficient and helpful staff throughout the office. Thankful to have found this gem of an office!
