The Eyecare center has the some of the best modern eye care equipment available. The people there are all capable of helping you get the best eyecare. Doctor Gross has been one of the best eye doctors I have ever had and is always willing to answer questions and provide you with advice. She has a very pleasant personality. One of those type of people you can trust to help you. I can definitely recommend her and the office staff to give you the eye care help you need.

I walked in and was promptly greeted! Was checked in in a timely manner also. Then I hear the 2 young ladies at the desk talk about how loud my perfume was smh. Other than that my appointment was amazing! Dr. Do was thorough with my exam. Not much of a change in my vision thank God!

The doctor was thorough and knowledgeable so was the technician. However, soon after my appointment I received a message stating my upcoming appointment was 9/7/26, which was incorrect as the facility was closed.

I always have a wonderful experience at the Eye Care Center in Cary with Dr. Margerite Gross. From the moment I walk in, the staff is welcoming, professional, and efficient. The office is well organized and runs smoothly, which makes the whole visit very pleasant. Dr. Gross is outstanding—thorough, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive. She always takes time to explain everything clearly, answers my questions, and makes sure I feel completely comfortable throughout the exam. It’s clear that she truly cares about her patients and takes pride in providing excellent care. Loved this eyecare center. From the front desk lady, the technician, the doctor and the lady that helped picking out my glasses. All Very friendly, professional, straightforward and knowledgeable.
