The staff is wonderful!! They treated me and my children so well! Great experience from beginning to end. We’re from Fayetteville and this office is the only one that could get us in before school starts. We loved it so much that we will be making that hour drive from now on!
The doctor was very thorough with his exam and answered lots of questions about floaters and my overall eye health. The technician, Rachel, was very professional with assisting with frames. Overall it was a good visit and most helpful.
The entire staff was amazing. From the front desk to the optos photo with Brooke to the eye exam with Dr. Lovsin and then Emily everyone was wonderful. I drove over an hour to see Dr. Lovsin and it was worth it! Thank you EVERYONE!!
It was my first visit and I would have to say it was the best experience I've ever had at an eye doctor starting at check in to the lady who took me back and did all my test even though it was her lunch time I had extra tests that needed to be done and it should have been done in two appointments but they done it all in one. I really liked the eye doctor he was very friendly and discussed all my issues. And one more lady that was very nice and friendly the lady that I talked to about my glasses she was very helpful in all of that. Im so thankful I found a great eye center!!
This eye doctors office is amazing and wonderful. It was the best experience I’ve ever had at a doctors office. Everyone was so nice and attentive. The doctor was super amazing and really knew what he was talking about.
