Dr. Williams is great, so friendly and knowledgeable. She asked great questions and was efficient during my eye exam. She was kind in delivering bad news and offered real solutions to ease concerns. Diana helped select the perfect frames for me and answered all my questions about the different features. I highly recommend Triangle Visions in Sanford. My experience was terrific!
Have been using this eye care for vision care since my last optometrist is no longer available (est 2015). Very satisfied with all the staff . P.S. Also use their other location in Lillington, and that staff is good as well.
I have been going to Triangle Visions Optometry since moving to Sanford 6 years ago. I recently had cataract surgery and my old prescription doesn't work anymore. I can't see and I need new glasses. When I called for appt I was told it would be 4 months from now! It's July, that would be December!! This is an emergency and I CAN'T SEE!!! So much for customer service. I wouldn't go back here if they paid me!!!

Absolutely Fantastic location, hours, availability and most of all the STAFF! One of the largest frame selections I have seen since covid and so many offices downsizing, I highly recommend!
