Martin Eye Associates

Had a great experience today with Dr. Alex Martin. He did a very thorough job, he also did a great job of listening to me as the patient and explaining everything well. His staff was also great, from check-in to check-out! 10/10 would recommend this office!

I saw Dr. Martin this morning for a small piece of metal in my eye. They were able to see me first thing in the morning when I called. The removal of the piece of metal was painless and quick. I have been going to this practice for about 2 years now after leaving another practice that I had been with for years. Both Drs Alex and Lynne have been phenomenal to work with! The staff from the front office to the nurses to the optometry department are top notch. I highly recommend Martin and Associates! Thanks Martin team.

Everyone was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I had to stay within a budget and they were very accommodating and understanding. Dr. Martin explained everything and was happy to repeat himself if I didn’t understand. I would definitely recommend Martin Eye Associates

i am not the type of person to leave reviews & i am a very easy going person but i have never felt so disrespected in my life by a healthcare professional. i met with dr lynne martin a few days ago. she previously recommended me rgp contacts which are a hard material. i have been wearing them for 6 months and now my eyelids are a little droopy and stretched. i made an appt w her so she can see what the issue is and see if there was any way to fix this. when she came in, she was so condescending. she did not take me seriously. she kept belittling me, talking about my “big eyelashes”. she even joked about how she is a “ bad eye doctor”. she kept asking me “ what do u want to do “ as if i was an inconvenience when all i wanted was a professional opinion on what to do. she didn’t provide me any insight at all. she acted as if she didn’t even recommend me the contacts. she would say things like “ i can’t remember why you wanted those, i don’t think i would of switched you to those.” placing blame on me when i didn’t even know what they were before she told me about them. i asked her about eye drops to correct the issue and she said multiple times i might not be able to afford them which i thought was very rude. honestly after this appointment i felt 10x worse about the situation. i hoped she would give me some type of relief or anwser but she did the opposite. honestly after this i feel like she knew this would be a possible outcome from the rgp lenses but never told me about that when she recommended them to me because she was acting defensive and just brushed me off the whole time. she was so unprofessional and rude. ive been a loyal patient there for about 6 years but i promise i will be finding another place after that experience

An excellent experience from start to finish! This was my first visit here after they were recommended to me and I couldn't have had a more pleasant experience. Everyone was kind, caring and very helpful. They are also very punctual which I was thrilled about. I highly recommend them!
