It was my first visit. I was greeted as soon as I entered the door. I had interactions with three people before I saw the doctor and they were all very pleasant, professional and informative. Dr Balch was kind & patient. After all the tests he gave me the info I needed to make the best decision for my eye care. I like the fact that I was able to purchase my glasses right there at the office.
Dr. Balch is truly exceptional! He is not only incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but also one of the most personable doctors I have ever met. From the moment you walk into the office, he makes you feel comfortable and genuinely cared for. He takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly, and never makes you feel rushed. Tonya helped me with frames and her excitement is contagious and her experience helped me choose the perfect frames!
I accidentally booked my eye exam here, but I’m so glad I did. The medical staff was incredibly helpful and thorough during assessments and eye exams. Dr. Balch was kind and knowledgeable to explain everything clearly. The other staff members, Arnel, Jackie, and Elena, were also very helpful. I highly recommend getting your eye exam here.
I’ve been going to Dr. Balch at the EyeCareCenter Fayetteville (mall parking lot) for at least 15 years. He and his staff are always very friendly and professional. I recommend this office for your eye care needs.
I usually went to this place. But no more. I called them looking to set up an appointment. I pay out of pocket so I wanted to make sure I had enough to money to be seen. I get there, and the price is now THREE HUNDRED dollars MORE than they quoted me. So, peace.
