I cannot speak to the overall eyecarecenter experience, but I recommend this location 100% hands-down. There was a glitch with my insurance, and Logan was persistent in getting to the root of the problem and getting my insurance approved. My exam showed that I needed a new pair of glasses (no surprise there). Alexis helped me throughout this enrptire process, and I am very appreciative of that. Last, but not least, Dr. Patel is a wonderful doctor who also has a good bedside manner.

Dr. Patel was excellent! I’m a complex patient because I have several hobbies which require mono vision as well as distance vision. We discussed all use cases and came up with a great plan. Mono vision contacts, custom readers and distance glasses. I highly recommend Dr. Patel!
