He is a wonderful doctor. He is very knowledgeable, explains well on the exam results, warm and personable. Highly recommend him. I also love the frames they carry, the technician is great at adjusting the frames to fit my face which I always need a bit of extra adjustment. I had bad experience previously with that but here it feels easy to get it right and comfortable.
I had a great experience at my recent visit. I was extremely early, and the reception staff began my paperwork the moment I walked in. The doctor came back from meal and immediately started my exam. You can tell the work environment is a positive one, and the staff enjoys being at work. I would recommend this spot to anyone! edit: I was in to pick up my glasses, and had the best experience with the front desk receptionist named Nicole. I walked in closer to closing, and she was able to assist me and was a great conversationalist. Per my last review, I am convinced this is the place to work. She was so happy and helpful and spoke highly of her coworkers and Dr. Also to add the turn around time on my glasses was great. I have no complaints.
Dr. Arcona is excellent - clearly knowledgeable and genuinely friendly. I normally don’t enjoy eye exams, but the visit was very smooth and efficient. The location in my neighborhood is a great bonus - highly recommend!
I came from out of state and was in a pickle with my contacts, the doctor and front staff were the most incredible and helpful. So caring and nice! I recommend coming here for all your eye needs!
Had a really disappointing experience here. The doctor was rude throughout the exam, and the staff seemed solely focused on pushing you toward a purchase rather than actually helping you. There was no warmth, no patience, and no courtesy. When I asked simple questions I didn’t know the answers to, instead of explaining, they made me feel ignorant and told me to “go talk to my insurance.” That’s not how you treat someone who just wants to understand their options. What should have been a straightforward eye exam turned into an uncomfortable, stressful experience. If you want to feel respected and take your time exploring frames without pressure, I’d look elsewhere.
