During a recent vacation in the Ventura area, a screw fell out of my Ray-Ban sunglasses on a hiking trail, causing one of the lenses to fall out. After finding your store online, I stopped in for help. I was quickly greeted by an employee who repaired the sunglasses in less than five minutes. She also took the time to clean and adjust them. I was pleasantly surprised to find that all of this work was provided free of charge. I am very impressed with your service and will highly recommend your store to others for their eyewear needs. Not only is she great at helping me out with my visions concerns or just getting some glasses repairs. She really appreciates me and helps me out. Chaunteé is always so helpful when my husband and I come in! She “knows” me to a tee, when it comes to what fashionable frames I would adore, and look good on me! My husband works out of the home as an Electronic Engineer, and uses multiple glasses for different purposes. Chaunteé has helped him perfect the necessary lenses he needs. I highly recommend her to my friends and family for their optical needs.

Went LensCrafters at Pacific View Mall to get prescription sun glasses and regular glasses. I was helped by Chaunteé. She greeted me as I walked in. Once I was ready to choose my glasses. She helped get the correct lenses, because use a computer all day. She was professional, respectful, friendly and very knowledgeable. I went to go get 3 pairs of glasses when first walking it I wasn’t greeted there was this rude woman named mari she was very avoided not willing to help me out. Soon I was being helped by Steven he was very kind helped me get a good deal and made me have a nice time he gave me some glasses cleaners and supplies. If you are coming to get your glasses done in the same day then they got you. But don’t work with the woman because her behavior is out of pocket.
