I had such a wonderful experience at Miramar Eye Center! I brought my dad in for an eye exam, and from the moment we walked in, everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, and the eye doctor was thorough, patient, and took the🥰 time to make sure my dad received excellent care. I also mentioned that I had another appointment to get to, and they were so accommodating and respectful of my time while still providing a very thorough exam. The office is clean, organized, and the entire staff truly goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Thank you all for your professionalism, kindness, and outstanding care. I highly recommend Miramar Eye Center!

The customer service representative at the front desk was definitely lacking in customer service skills. She seemed annoyed that we were in line waiting to be helped. Typically, when you walk in a doctors office, you are greeted by a friendly face that is not the case at this location. Although she did not have anyone in line, she did not take 30 seconds to look up and greet us. When she finally looked up, she said “Wait there I’ll be with you in a bit.” When she finally called me up, there was no pleasant greeting or sorry for the wait comment. When we were taken back to be checked, we received the same lack of service. Luckily the doctor was friendly. Besides that I wouldn’t go back there.

Cindy the technician was wonderful. She was polite, helpful, patient, informative, and knowledgeable. I went to get a visual field test and Cindy was the one who administered it. She is so nice and greets you with a genuine smile. I am disabled and Cindy made accommodations for me. During the test, Cindy made sure I was comfortable and checked on me to see if I was doing okay. Cindy treated me with dignity and respect. You can tell she enjoys her job and cares about the patients.

Frank B. is my husband. Thank you Miramar Group! About a year ago Dr. Davidson provided light adjustable lenses for me, Mary Lukes. They have been wonderfully excellent! I am enjoying great vision after needing glasses since age 12. It is so fun seeing tiny birds in trees and far-away beautiful vistas. Also, night driving is not hindered by cataracts. Dr. Mark Brunette did an excellent job doing my eye exam. He was very kind & explained every step of the way. I also used their optical department & the lady was very kind & helpful.
